Talkwellness provides online therapeutic services connecting users with licensed therapists for counseling and mental health support. Users must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to use these services.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate and current information during the registration process. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and are liable for all activities conducted under their account.

4. Therapist-Client Relationship

The relationship between therapist and client is strictly professional. The therapist is not liable for any actions or decisions made by the client as a result of the therapy sessions.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

All communications between users and therapists are confidential. However, certain legal and ethical exceptions may apply, such as instances where there is a risk of harm to oneself or others.

6. Payments and Refunds

Fees for therapy sessions are outlined on the site and are payable before sessions begin. Refunds may be granted under certain circumstances as per the Refund Policy.

7. Termination

Talkwellness reserves the right to terminate or suspend services to any user at its discretion if there is a breach of the Terms and Conditions or for any other reason.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Talkwellness website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of Talkwellness and are protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Talkwellness is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services provided.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
